Pet Care Policies
At Chemung Pet Nanny, I strive to keep things smooth, safe, and clear—for both pets and their people.
Booking & Cancellations: Book 48+ hours in advance when possible. Full refunds are given with 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations may be partially charged.
Emergency Booking Fee
Bookings requested with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to an emergency fee. This helps accommodate schedule adjustments and short-notice planning.
• Under 24 hours: $20
• Same-day or urgent requests: $30–$40
Emergency fees may be waived at my discretion for established clients.
Payments: Payment is due by the first weekly visit. I accept [Cash, Venmo, All Major Credit Cards. Holiday visits may include a small surcharge.
Your Responsibilities: Provide pet supplies, house access, and an emergency contact.
Pet Wellness: Vaccinations and flea/tick prevention required. Disclose health or behavior concerns upfront.
Emergencies & Weather: I’ll contact you or seek vet care if urgent. Bad weather may shift plans.
Privacy: All client info is kept confidential. I’ll never share pet photos without your OK.
