Do you require a meet and greet?

Yes. Meet and greets help make sure everyone is comfortable and allow me to learn your pets’ routines, personalities, and needs.

Can you care for anxious or shy pets?

Absolutely. I work patiently with nervous pets and allow them to warm up at their own pace.

Can you administer medications?

Yes, depending on the medication type and your pet’s comfort level.

Do you only care for dogs and cats?

Nope! I care for many types of animals including small animals, reptiles, farm animals, birds, chickens, pigs, goats, and more.

Will I receive updates while I’m away?

Yes! I send detailed visit reports with pictures and updates after visits whenever possible.

What happens in an emergency?

If an emergency happens, I will contact you immediately and seek veterinary care if necessary.

Boarding & House Sitting Questions

Do you board multiple families’ pets together?

Most of the time I board one family at a time. In select cases, compatible recurring dogs may be approved for shared boarding after successful introductions and trial stays.

What is included with house sitting?

House sitting includes overnight care in your home, companionship, potty breaks, feeding, medication if needed, and maintaining your pet’s routine as closely as possible.

What’s the difference between regular and exclusive house sitting?

Regular house sitting includes an overnight block with daytime visits as scheduled. Exclusive house sitting means I stay primarily in your home for the duration of the booking.

Can my pets stay in their normal routine?

That’s always the goal. I try to keep feeding, potty, exercise, and bedtime routines as close to normal as possible.

Policies & Payments

How do payments work?

Payments are typically handled through the client portal, where cards can be securely stored and charged.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept card payments through the portal and may also accept other payment methods such as Venmo and cash.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the service and timing. Holiday bookings may require additional notice.

Do you charge extra for holidays?

Holiday rates may apply during major holidays and peak seasons.

Can I book last minute?

Sometimes! Availability depends on the schedule, but I do my best to help whenever possible.
